About our Firm

We understand that family law cases can be complicated and our clients are in the midst of a very disruptive period in their lives.   Our goal is to understand your priorities and goals and your goals for your children.  We spend the time necessary to discuss the issues with you and explain how the process works, both out of court and in court.   When it is helpful, we work with accountants, property appraisers and psychologists who offer their expertise and allow us to progress through your case more efficiently and intelligently.

The majority of family law cases settle out of court and that is generally the best option. However, if attending court is necessary,  we have years of litigation experience in both criminal and family law courtrooms.  We are familiar with our judges and local procedures. We advocate successfully for our clients, with both well written documents and in the courtroom.
